Our Curriculum: From Fundamentals to Elite
Fundamentals Program
Our fundamentals program teaches everything you need to be effective in a real confrontation — control, escapes, positional dominance, submissions, and awareness. The curriculum is structured, progressive, and intentionally designed for fast skill development.
Advanced Program
Once your foundation is solid, our advanced adult BJJ classes prepare you for sport-level training, high-paced situational drills, and competition-level rolling. You’ll sharpen techniques, expand your game, and train like a competitor — even if you’re not one (yet).
Class Formats & Schedule
We offer both Gi and No-Gi classes throughout the week, giving students the flexibility to train across disciplines. A 6:00 AM morning class is available for early risers, and Saturday sessions feature focused instruction designed to deepen your skillset.
Specialized Training: Sparring & Specific Drills
Sparring (“Roll”)
Slap. Bump. Roll. Experience live sparring in a structured, supervised setting. Our sparring sessions help develop timing, reaction, and composure under pressure — all while minimizing risk.
Specific Training
These fast-paced sessions focus on “threads” — sequences of high-rep techniques to build real-time muscle memory. This is where you refine transitions, reactions, and strategy at speed.
